2026 RAGBRAI Bike Shipping Package C

Package C is for riders who have a bike case* or already have a Bikeflights Bike Box or other box and want to ship a bike or e-bike one-way to or from 2026 RAGBRAI.

These RAGBRAI shipping services are available for customers within the contiguous US. For inquiries about service from Alaska, Hawaii or other countries, please contact support@bikeflights.com.

The deadline for purchasing a RAGBRAI bike shipping package is Wednesday, June 24, 2026.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

RAGBRAI Bike Shipping Package C includes the following: 

• One-way Bike Shipping with Bikeflights to or from RAGBRAI. ($205.82)
• One-way Premium Protection ($1,000) from Bikeflights. ($19.79) Additional protection is available.
• Event Concierge Services booked through Bikeflights and provided by Pork Belly Ventures: receiving your bike in Iowa and getting it to the start --OR-- picking it up at the finish and getting it underway back home to you. Box storage during RAGBRAI and the transport of your box from start to the finish are also included. ($39.38)
• (Optional) Assembly or Packing services booked through Bikeflights and provided by Pork Belly Ventures. ($85 or $110). Assembly services are available for riders shipping to RAGBRAI, and Packing services are available for riders shipping from RAGBRAI.

HOW IT WORKS

We will process your order within 1-2 business days.

If you purchase one-way shipping to RAGBRAI, we'll email your shipping label to RAGBRAI to you by Tuesday, June 30, 2026, and we’ll schedule a pickup for your packed bike from the shipping address you input upon ordering. Your pickup will be scheduled for Tuesday, July 7, 2026. Please have your bike packed, labeled and ready for pickup on this date.

Then, once your bike arrives in Iowa, it will be well taken care of by Pork Belly Ventures. They’ll receive your bike at their location in Minden, Iowa, and make sure it gets to the start, where you can retrieve it on Saturday, July 18, 2026. If you also purchase an assembly service, they’ll assemble your bike. As part of this premium service, Pork Belly Ventures will transport your box or case from the start to the finish.

If you purchase one-way shipping from RAGBRAI, we'll email you your shipping label by Wednesday, July 15, 2026. After the event, Pork Belly Ventures will disassemble and pack your bike (if you’ve purchased this option) in the box or case you provide to them, and once packed, they’ll get your bike back on its way home to you via Bikeflights as long as it's received by Saturday, July 25, 2026 at 5:00 pm (local) Central Time.

OTHER NOTES

REFUND POLICY

Full refunds for cancellations of event packages purchased through this page will be provided through Wednesday, June 24, 2026

For any changes made through Wednesday, June 24, 2026, you will be charged or refunded for the amount corresponding to your requested change. For example, you will be charged the difference in cost for any increase in Premium Protection coverage or additional optional services added, or you will be refunded the difference in cost for any decrease in Premium Protection coverage or the cancelation of optional services.

After Wednesday, June 24, 2026, you may cancel and receive a refund for only the One-way Bike Shipping and One-way Premium Protection portions of your event package minus a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for changes or cancellations to Event Concierge Services or Assembly, Tune-up & Packing services.
