2025 RAGBRAI Bike Shipping Package B

Package B is for riders who need to purchase a Bikeflights Bike Box and want to ship a bike or an e-bike to 2025 RAGBRAI.

These RAGBRAI shipping services are available for customers within the contiguous US. For inquiries about service from Alaska, Hawaii or other countries, please contact support@bikeflights.com.

The deadline for purchasing a RAGBRAI bike shipping package is Wednesday, June 25, 2025.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

RAGBRAI Bike Shipping Package B includes the following: 

• A Bike Box Large (BBL) from Bikeflights shipped directly to you. ($99.95 for the box + $51.07 for shipping & handling)
• Round-trip Bike Shipping from Bikeflights to/from RAGBRAI. ($455.08)
• Round-trip Premium Protection ($1,000) from Bikeflights. ($30.20) Additional protection is available.
• Event Concierge Services booked through Bikeflights and provided by Pork Belly Ventures: receiving your bike in Iowa, getting it to the start, picking it up at the finish and getting it underway back home to you. Box storage during the event is also included. ($90)
• (Optional) Assembly, Packing or Both services booked through Bikeflights and provided by Pork Belly Ventures. ($85, $110 or $185)

HOW IT WORKS

We will process your order within 1-2 business days and send a Bikeflights Bike Box Large (BBL) directly to you via our ground shipping service (typical transit time of 1-5 business days for most locations). Your box will arrive packed compactly, and you can assemble it in minutes when you are ready to pack it.

We’ll email your round-trip shipping labels to you by Tuesday, July 1, 2025, and we’ll schedule a pickup for your packed bike from the shipping address you input upon ordering. Your pickup will be scheduled for Tuesday, July 8, 2025. Please have your bike packed, labeled and ready for pickup on this date.

Once your bike arrives in Iowa, it will be well taken care of by Pork Belly Ventures. They’ll receive your bike and make sure it gets to the start, where you can retrieve it on Saturday, July 19, 2025. If you also purchase an assembly service, they’ll assemble your bike. As part of this premium service, Pork Belly Ventures will transport your box or case from the start to the finish. After the event, Pork Belly Ventures will disassemble and pack your bike (if you’ve purchased this option), and once packed, they’ll get your bike back on its way home to you via Bikeflights as long as it's received by Saturday, July 26, 2025 at 5:00 pm (local) Central Time.

OTHER NOTES

If you are taking care of all of your own RAGBRAI logistics (such as receiving your bike prior to the start, assembling and packing it, transporting your case from start to finish, and getting your bike back underway afterward), you may book your own shipping-only services through our RAGBRAI Shipping Guide.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds for cancellations of event packages purchased through this page will be provided through Wednesday, June 25, 2025. If you cancel and opt to keep your Bikeflights Bike Box Large, you will be refunded for your package's purchase price minus the cost of the box and minus the cost of us having shipped the box to you. If you cancel and opt to return your Bikeflights Bike Box Large, you will be refunded for your package's purchase price minus a $25 box restocking fee and minus the cost of us having shipped the box initially to you and minus the return shipping cost for your box.

For any changes made through Wednesday, June 25, 2025, you will be charged or refunded for the amount corresponding to your requested change. For example, you will be charged the difference in cost for any increase in Premium Protection coverage or additional optional services added, or you will be refunded the difference in cost for any decrease in Premium Protection coverage or the cancelation of optional services.

After Wednesday, June 25, 2025, you may cancel and receive a refund for only the Round-trip Bike Shipping and Round-trip Premium Protection portions of your event package minus a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for changes or cancellations to Event Concierge Services or Assembly, Tune-up & Packing services or for box returns.
