2024 USA Triathlon Multisport Nationals Bike Shipping Package B

Package B is for riders who need to purchase a Bikeflights Bike Box and want to ship a bike to the 2024 USA Triathlon Multisport National Championships Presented by Mutual of Omaha.

These Multisport Festival shipping services are available for customers within the contiguous US. For inquiries about service from Alaska, Hawaii or other countries, please contact support@bikeflights.com.

The deadline for purchasing a Multisport Festival bike shipping package is Sunday, May 19, 2024.

WHAT'S INCLUDED 

This package includes the following: 

• A Bike Box Extra Large (BBXL) from Bikeflights shipped directly to you. ($149.95)
• Round-trip Bike Shipping from Bikeflights to/from the Multisport Festival. ($481.93)
• Round-trip Premium Protection ($1,000) from Bikeflights. ($25.60) Additional protection is available.
• Event Concierge Services from Pork Belly Ventures: receiving your bike in Omaha, getting it to the start, picking it up at the finish and getting it underway back home to you. Box storage during the Multisport Festival is also included. ($85)
• (Optional) Assembly, Packing or Both services from Bike Masters Cycling. (ranging from $55 to $200 depending on bike & case)

HOW IT WORKS

We will process your order within 1-2 business days and send a Bikeflights Bike Box Extra Large (BBXL) directly to you via our ground shipping service (typical transit time of 3-5 business days for most locations). Your box will arrive packed compactly, and you can easily store it under your bed or in a closet until you are ready to assemble and use it.

We’ll email your round-trip shipping labels to you by Friday, May 24, 2024, and we’ll schedule a pickup for your packed bike from the shipping address you input upon ordering. Your pickup will be scheduled for Tuesday, May 28, 2024. Please have your bike packed, labeled and ready for pickup on this date.

Once your bike arrives in Omaha, it will be well taken care of by Pork Belly Ventures. They’ll receive your bike and make sure it gets to the start, where you can retrieve it on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 after 2:00 pm (local) Central Time. If you also purchase an assembly service, they’ll assemble your bike. As part of this premium service, Pork Belly Ventures will transport your box or case from the start to the finish. After the event, Pork Belly Ventures will disassemble and pack your bike (if you’ve purchased this option), and once packed, they’ll get your bike back on its way home to you via Bikeflights as long as it's received by Sunday, June 9, 2024 at 10:00 am (local) Central Time.

OTHER NOTES

If you are taking care of all of your own Multisport Festival logistics (such as receiving your bike prior to the start, assembling and packing it, transporting your case from start to finish, and getting your bike back underway afterward), you may book your own shipping-only services through our Multisport Festival Shipping Guide.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds for changes and purchase cancellations through this page will be provided through Sunday, May 19, 2024 

After Sunday, May 19, 2024, you may still cancel or change your order and receive a refund for the Bikeflights shipping and/or box portion of your purchase as long as you have not yet used your shipping label(s) and/or box; however, there will be no refunds for the portion of your purchase that covers Pork Belly's at-event concierge and/or assembly/packing services after Sunday, May 19, 2024.

Credit card processing fees and/or box restocking fees will be deducted from all refunds for shipping and boxes, respectively.
